Lemon + Blueberry Sheet Cake

A quick, most, and flavorful lemon sheet cake that’s perfect for every party (or even just because)! An event favorite, garnished with lemon slices and fresh blueberries.

Ingredients:

Cake -

• 3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

• 2 tsp baking powder

• 1/2 tsp baking soda

• pinch of salt

• 1 cup softened butter / 2 sticks

• 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

• Zest + juice of 2 lemons (1/4 cup of lemon juice)

• 4 eggs

• 1 cup buttermilk

• 2 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries (tossed in 1 tbsp flour)

Glaze -

• 2 1/2 cups powdered/confectioners sugar

• Juice of 1 lemon (1/3 cup lemon juice)
